These are my Terms of Services meaning that if you do not agree with, or cannot comply with anything written here you will not be able to receive or commission work from me. By purchasing a commission / adopt design(s), participating in events that involve me giving you art you are automatically agreeing to my T.O.S
• General •
☆ The use of the word/term "Artist" refers to the author/person who created the "Work"☆ The use of the term "Work + Service" refers to any digital or traditional product that the Artist created☆ The use of the term “Client” refers to any person(s) seeking to obtain art from the Artist. Whether it is paid work or not.☆ As the artist, I hold all right to reject or deny any commission or adopt requests☆ All Work bought are for personal use and enjoyment, not commercial purposes☆ If you are commissioning work of someone else’s intellectual property (another artist’s characters or characters from tv shows, video games, etc.) you must let me know before I start on the commission. Which work it is from, and who owns the property itself.☆ As the artist, I can and will post finished commissions onto social media / use them to promote myself and future commissions, unless the customer states that they would like it to be private beforehand.☆ For any commission please use the template specified. If you do not use the template/guidelines then I cannot process your commission
• As A Customer You •
Can
☆ Upload commissions to any non-profit site/media platforms with credit☆ Print commission for personal use, ie. Binder Covers, Stickers, Bookmarks☆ Edit my work, as long as you give credit to the original artist (in this case me)
Cannot
☆ Copy/Trace/Claim my artwork or sell it without permission☆ Remove my Signature/Watermark in any way (Cropping, Editing)☆ Use any work for commercial purposes (merch, branding etc.) without prior discussion and contract
• Payment & Delivery •
☆ Payment for work / service will be given upfront and in full unless I, the artist, offer another option. If the commission total is upwards of $100 USD then split payments are welcome before and after the first sketch is finished. (Will be split 50/50). If any higher then a payment plan will be available after we work it out together.☆ Payment for work will be handled using Paypal Invoices unless specified otherwise☆ If Character designs are complex I may request a slightly higher price than listed, though this will be discussed during ordering / before I begin on the work and before you pay for anything.☆ Refunds are allowed if your commissioned work is not completed
If I have not started your work, then you can get a full refundIf I have started your work and sent you progress-photos of any kind then you may only get a partial refund based on what stage of completion the work is onIf the work is fully completed then you may not get a refund
☆ I am not responsible for any damaged or lost files. After delivery, the storing of any files you commissioned is your responsibility. I will not give refunds if files are lost after delivery. I do keep a backlog, but I will not store everything for longer than 3 months.☆ In Regards to Adoptables, Customers may ask for a hold on designs that can last up to three (3) days.
• Process •
☆ The usual ETA will be about 3 weeks time (21 - 26 days). The wait time may vary based on the complexity of the work that’s being commissioned.☆ If you require a piece of work to be done quickly, or to be worked on immediately, there will be a “priority” fee that will move your commission to the top of my queue.☆ Once I complete the sketch of the finished piece I will send you a screenshot. At this time you are allowed a minor and a major change. Once you approve of this sketch then no more revisions or changes can be requested without compensation.
Typically minor changes will be about an additional $3-$5 and major changes will be around $10 - $15.Changes and revisions will be allowed up to the sketching/flat coloring phases. Once painting begins revisions will no longer be allowed.
☆ Visual references must be available/provided at the time of commissioning
If you do not have visual references then I can do description based work. Though this will have additional character design and revision charges.I WILL take written descriptions as references! But it will count as a custom and will be an extra
fee for design! References for a 'custom' will be provided via communication. Ie. Discord or via
Emails. After we talk about the traits of the character I will send the invoice and once paid I'll
start working on it!
